Ezra is a UCL science graduate with over 30 years’ experience in sales and marketing across consumer, digital, and purpose-led sectors. He is currently a director of a successful online jewellery business, leading growth and brand development.
Earlier in his career, he worked in cause-related marketing with major brands and charities, delivering commercially successful campaigns aligned with social impact.
Born in the 1960s, Ezra co-founded Understanding Ageing to address the lack of clear, evidence-based explanations about what changes are normal with age, replacing confusion with clarity and practical understanding.
